"Pretty handy for travel, I think"
I got this mainly because I wanted something small enough to bring on trips, and so far it’s been fine. I wasn’t totally sure if it would be worth packing at first, but it doesn’t take up much space and has worked well whenever I’ve used it

I ended up having to return my SoClean order because it just wasn’t quite what I needed. The return process was straightforward, and customer service replied within a reasonable amount of time. The refund did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of frustrating, but it wasn’t a huge deal and it did come through in the end. Overall, it was a decent experience — not perfect, but easy.

"Works well, though the auto-ship was kind of a hassle"
The machine itself works fine, no complaints there. The filter auto-ship was annoying at first because they kept showing up way too soon, but actually, once I emailed support, they fixed it quickly. So I was frustrated, but now I’d say I’m happy overall.

"Pretty reliable, but not without a few annoyances"
So far, it’s been reliable overall, which is the main thing I care about. But there have been a few small hiccups here and there that get a little frustrating when you’re just trying to use it and move on with your day. Nothing major enough to make me regret it, but still annoying...

"Works well, though I noticed the hum"
I’ve been using it for a bit and overall it does what it’s supposed to. I don’t remember it seeming that loud at first, but now when the house is really quiet I definitely notice a steady little hum. It’s not terrible or anything, just more noticeable than I expected. I ended up moving it to another room and I barely think about it now. Still happy with it overall, so I’d give it 4 stars

"Quick cleaning cycle, but the communication could be clearer"
The cleaning cycle itself is quick, which I appreciate because I’m not stuck waiting around forever. That said, I do wish the instructions or status updates were a bit clearer. It’s kind of annoying having to guess what’s going on while it’s running.

"Smell Disappears Quickly"
There was definitely an ozone smell at first, which was nice to discover right away, but thankfully it faded fast. The machine feels clean and does what it’s supposed to do, so I guess that’s all I can really ask for...

"Battery seems good so far"
I got this from soclean.com mainly because I was hoping the battery would be better than the one I had before. So far, I think it’s been holding up well. I can usually get a few uses out of it before needing to charge, and it doesn’t seem to drain super quickly.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the charging time feels a little longer than I expected, though I’m not totally sure if that’s just me being impatient. It’s not a huge issue, just something I’ve noticed after using it a bit.

I placed an order by accident and... yeah, totally my mistake. I reached out asking for a refund, and support got back to me faster than I thought they would. The money showed up again after a few days, no back-and-forth or anything. it was way easier than I expected

I picked up the SoClean mostly because I was getting tired of doing the same cleaning routine over and over. I wasn’t totally sure it would make much of a difference, but after a few weeks my mask does feel fresher and I’m not noticing that stale smell like I used to.
It’s been easy enough to use, at least for me, and it seems like it’s doing what it’s supposed to. I don’t want to oversell it or anything, because it’s not some miracle product, but I do feel like things stay cleaner than when I was just giving everything a quick wipe

"Glad I Didn’t Risk a Knockoff"
I ordered a replacement cartridge from soclean.com, and I was relieved when it showed up sealed and in the same packaging as my old one. I didn’t want to waste money on some cheap copy or deal with weird labels, so seeing that it looked like the real thing right away was a big plus.

It fit perfectly and worked exactly like it should. Shipping was smooth too. I was a little nervous buying it online because getting the wrong one would’ve been such a hassle, but this ended up being legit

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered from SoClean and was surprised by how quickly everything moved. I got the tracking info fast, and the box showed up just a couple days later. Compared to a lot of other online orders I’ve placed lately, this was way smoother, no random delays, no confusing updates, no back and forth. Everything was packed well too. Overall, I’m just really happy it arrived so fast.
